Registering your GPS, and account creation

Why should I register my Satmap GPS device?

If the bundle you purchased is provided with a Premium Xpedition subscription (Online Mapping and Route Planner) this can be activated by registering your Satmap GPS to an account. We also require your Satmap GPS to be registered to an account to complete a Returns form (Warranty or General Repair). If the device is lost or stolen, then your registration details make it easier for us to assist you!

How to register your Satmap GPS Device

For Active 12 and Active 20 users, our registration database is combined with our online shop and can be registered as shown below:

  • Create a free account at
  • Then make sure you fill in all the required fields to create your account and register your device.
  • If you already have a account then simply log into your account at and under account information you can then register your new device.

How to create a website account

Why should I have a account?

Whilst guest users can complete the full checkout process and order anything on the shop, guest users must re-enter their details on every checkout. account holders are only required to enter details once, and can also access order history and status at any time, plus recieve our monthly Newsletters and Technical updates and offers.

Have an old account?

If you had an account on our old website, it is all setup and waiting for, but for security reasons we had to reset your password. So press the `Reclaim My Account` button below and you will be taken to the `forgotten password` page where you can enter your email address and we will email you a temporary password.
