Former soldier used the Active 12 on a charity walk, raising money for Kartforce

Mouth to Mouth Challenge

Bear, a former soldier, recently walked 32 miles over 12 hours from Exmouth to Charmouth using an Active 12 for route planning and to provide his team with an OS grid reference, in case he fell into trouble. This walk was to raise money (£1,095 as of writing this) for KartForce, a charity that helps injured soldiers learn and compete in go-kart racing. This sport tends to bring a better mind set and gives injured troops a new aim to work towards.
