If I buy a unit which has an old version of software can I get an upgrade free and how can I get access to future upgrades?

The majority of our software upgrades can be done remotely by connecting your Active 10 to a computer. Connect your Active 10 using SatSYNC and SatSYNC will automatically check for updates.

Once the update has completed confirm that your Active 10 has the latest version by select the following: Menu > Settings > About (current software version can be found on our support pages).

Some software updates may require a physical updater card (fees may apply outside of the warranty).

Please contact Tech Support if your device doesn’t display the current version or if you have any difficulties with the update
