Domestic US Shipping Times

The following times are based on the standard Amazon deliveries.

Satmap will ship goods within two days of your purchase. Expected transit times for each shipping method are listed below:

• Domestic Standard: 4 to 14 business days after shipping (may take up to 21 business days)
• Domestic Expedited: 2 to 6 business days after shipping.
• Domestic Two-Day: 2 business days after shipping.
• Domestic One-Day: 1 business day after shipping.

Shipping Terms and Conditions

We will dispatch your order as soon as possible and provide a choice of delivery options which you must select. All deliveries are subject to stock availability so it may take a little longer if we are awaiting a delivery from our suppliers. You will be notified as soon as possible if there is a problem with your order.

Satmap uses third party delivery companies and as such cannot guarantee the performance of these companies. Stipulated delivery times are for indicative purposes only. Please note that it is not possible for you to specify a time or date for delivery under some delivery options. However, you can nominate an alternative address if this is more convenient. Simply select and complete the alternative address section when you place your order.

*Important: If you have selected a delivery service which requires a signature for proof of delivery, please make sure that someone will be available to sign for the goods

Shipping to international (non-US) destinations

Shipping to international destinations through www.satmap.com or www.amazon.com is not possible. Customers wishing to place orders for delivery to international destinations should place their orders on www.satmap.co.uk or via the customer support on info@satmap.com or by telephone on 1-888-226-5430 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting            1-888-226-5430      end_of_the_skype_highlighting. Please note that Satmap will not be responsible for any duties, tariffs or charges associated with international shipments. Satmap is not responsible for any delays at customs or international frontiers. The shipping costs will be determined on a case by case basis.

Satmap will not ship goods to any of the following countries:

Afghanistan, Angola, Burma (Myanmar), Cuba, Iran, Libya, Nigeria, North Korea, Rwanda, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Zimbabwe

Satmap may amend this list at any time at its own discretion or in response to direction from appropriate Government Departments.
