(important, please refer to the separate section ‘Warranty’ for full the Terms and Conditions of the Satmap Limited Warranty). Unless otherwise stated, all Satmap products are warranted for a period of one (1) year in the US in respect of faulty manufacture or defective workmanship becoming apparent during that time. Satmap will, at its own discretion, repair or replace items under this warranty.
Defective or faulty products
(Out Of The Box product failures) If a fault or defect in the product is found within thirty (30) days of receipt from new, we will exchange or refund in full any product once this fault or defect is confirmed. This is subject to the goods not being misused or damaged in anyway. All products must be returned with all components and in its original packaging. Refunds & Exchanges will not be carried out until the product has been returned to Satmap. After the thirty (30) day period, all confirmed faults or defects will be repaired as speedily as possible, and certainly within the period and terms of the product’s individual warranty. Satmap does not disclaim any statutory rights relating to faulty products that cannot be disclaimed under applicable law. All refunds issued will be the same as the tender type, however if this is not possible a check refund will be raised via our Head Office.
You must inspect the goods immediately upon receipt. If the goods do not comply with the advertised specification, you must promptly notify Satmap, stipulating the reason for non-compliance and giving Satmap the opportunity to correct the matter. If, after fifteen (15) days you have not raised any objections, you shall be deemed to have accepted the goods and waived any claims of non-compliance. Please note that non-compliance does not constitute defective or faulty product.
If you are not completely happy with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 15 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, at our option, refund provided that the products are returned in unused condition and with the original packaging. Please take extra care to securely package the item(s) as we cannot accept products for a refund or exchange if they have been damaged in the post. Similarly, we cannot accept responsibility for any item lost in the post so we strongly advise that returns are sent by a delivery company that can track and trace the goods and provide insurance.
If you are returning your goods, please ensure that you return them to the original point of supply, and include within the parcel letter confirming your address and clearly indicating the reason for the return. Please ensure that all parcels are securely sealed and the goods are packaged in a manner to ensure they are protected from damage in transit.
