Latest Firmware Upgrader

IMPORTANT: this software update can only be used IF your unit has version 1.16 or later already installed. If you are unsure of your installed version number, you can check this by: MAIN MENU > SETTINGS > ABOUT.

Satmap Systems Ltd releases version 1.200 for use on the Active 10 sports GPS

Please make sure you have registered your device to recieve e-mail notification of updates.

How to install: (for Microsoft Windows users)

1. Make sure SatSYNC is not running in the background, if it is close it then run the upgrader
2. Download using the link below and save to your desktop
3. Plug your device into a USB port then click "Upgrade Now"
4. Remove your device from the USB port and turn it off
5. Turn it on and check to make sure your running version 1.200

Note: Only use this upgrader if your unit is version 1.16 or later. Otherwise, contact us on 0845 873 0101 for how to upgrade. Updating a unit that is less than version 1.16 will result in your unit software being corrupted.

Latest SatSYNC Software

(2nd July 2008) Satmap Systems Ltd is pleased to announce the release of SatSYNC route sharing application (Version 10.23 BETA)

This software is designed to be installed onto your computer and allows your computer to communicate with your Active 10 via a standard USB connection.

How to install: (for Microsoft Windows users)

The software is contained in a self loading ZIP file, that when opened installs on your PC and puts icons on your desktop and toolbar. There is an in-built help file in SatSYNC that explains the details of the operation, and an on screen prompt also explains the functions of each control.

Please note: if you have an earlier version, delete this from your system and reinstall the new version. It is important to use this new version of SatSYNC in conjunction with the new version of Active 10 software (v1.200) in order to maximise the benefits of these upgrades.
