Power Options
The Active 10 TREK has the most flexible choice of power options of any outdoor sports GPS on the market today. Running the GPS on the rechargeable Lithium Polymer (LiPol) battery supplied with the unit, is the most cost effective way to power it, and this can be charged from a car charger, wall charger, a PC or a laptop, and even a solar charger. Should users prefer AA batteries, simply insert the AA battery caddy (supplied with the unit) and then use any type of AA battery – including the long-life high power Lithium AAs (also supplied with the unit)
